Work out! 17th September





The world is truly fascinated by working out. There are magazines about it, tv shows, dvds,apps, blogs....You need to be working out your emotionsal muscles too. Your spiritual muscles.

Imagine training for a marathon. I am going to make a guess here that you wouldn't just go to the gym the day before, jump on the treadmill, do some weights and then run the marathon the next day?

So, why are you leaving working on your emotional muscles to the last minute. To the next crisis?

How about you took a bit of time on a daily basis to start to build the muscles. Whether this be with meditation, lsitening to an inspirational story, focussing on you, being still enough for long enough to just be.

Think about it for a while. Or just do it....
